I have a torn Gluteus minimus, and was finding it difficult to walk. At the first session, it was shared that the torn tendon was secondary to an issue regarding my quad muscle not working. I have been using the suggested exercises to build strength in required areas which is supporting me to start exercising again. My experience has been positive and professional from the first moment I called to make my initial appointment, and the physio sessions have been collaborative and productive.
