If I could give this clinic a 0 star rating I would. It is now 8:30 am on Wednesday June 10th. I had an appointment scheduled for a colposcopy at 10 am. Let's rewind to me getting test results.. last friday. Nobody called me to provide results. I had to call and and speak to medical assistant Gwenn who apologized and stated that someone should have called. My wife been seeing Dr Arguello at this clinic. It's going okay for monthly visits but as her due dates came closer, it's hard to get appoinment with doctor. Although Doctor ask to make appointment on certain weeks they do not have any slots available. When you are already around 36-37 weeks and you need to visit doctor, they said they fully booked and no appointment available. If you do not have any time, why are accepting patients !? This is very DISAPPOINTING.
I am pregnant with my first baby and someone recommended me MaCarthur OB/GYN and since my first appointment I’ve had a great experience, everyone is so friendly and patient, Dr Pham is great she has been very helpful, patient and attentive
Honestly this is the best place place I’ve been too, i’ve never had an issue scheduling appointments or anything, so far is the best place I’ve been too. Would definitely recommend, would of loved to have an actual app for all the test etc like “my chart” since the website can be annoying but other than that it’s great.
I am a new patient and first time mother and I honestly can save I love this medical center. The staff is amazing from Dr Livingston down to the desk women. Schedule or rescheduling appointments have never been an issue. If I have any questions they do not hesitate to answer them. I recommend this facility to any an all new comers; they also have several locations!!
