Doctors and nurses are extremely helpful and nice. The front desk staff are just bad. They are not friendly at all and they just hate you see you coming in.
I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Livingston. He’s friendly, professional, and has made my appointments go smoothly, offering reassurance & personality.
I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. Dr. Ceesay honestly blew me off completely on my first appointment. I came in with a lot of concerns and she seem to not give a care in the world. like if I was wasting HER time. when i come in the room to see her, she had no information about me. did not ask many questions, and proceeded to send me to get ultrasound and blood work. I am sharing this experience as a warning to others considering MacArthur OB/GYN in Las Colinas. My experience with this office has been incredibly frustrating due to their complete disregard for patients' time and a total lack of professional accountability. It is unacceptable to repeatedly face wait times that range from 30 minutes to over 3 hours past a scheduled appointment.
