Agreed with others. If sufficient resources are not available to provide the promised legal advice service, it raises the question of why this service is being offered at all. I was informed it would take 3–4 weeks to receive a call from a solicitor, yet I only have 28 days to initiate legal action. This delay is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of timely legal support.
