Very disappointing experience. Calls were never returned, I was even charged extra — including for their own mistakes. Stressful to deal with due to rude and unprofessional staff. Would not recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience. Once they took my money, they basically disappeared — no returned calls, no replies, nothing. I had to chase them constantly just to get basic answers. On top of that, there were multiple mistakes made, and instead of fixing them properly, I ended up paying for their errors. The absolute worst solicitors ive ever used ,i got the worst results carlos lingo did not prepare and charged me 500per hour dont make the same mistake i did go to a big firm
I am extremely disappointed with this firm’s service. Communication was poor, and phone calls were rarely returned. I was left feeling unsupported during an already stressful time. I expected professionalism and responsiveness but did not receive it.
