I first went to Carlos in 2022 for a visa issue and with his help, we won the case. In September 2025, Macarthur Law Group supported me again with another immigration submission, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I honestly can’t recommend Macarthur Law Group enough — May and Carlos have been amazing every step of the way.

I have had dealings with Carlos with 2 matters, both where ignored for 6 month and no work had been done on either, and when ringing no messages where past on as not a single return phone call, and when you did ring him on his mobile he was always to busy to answer any of my questions, and then I find out he fobbed me off to one of his associates who knew nothing about my matters and was asking questions I had already answered to Carlos, and the associate was demanding money for no work I could see being done, I terminated t... read more
