Booked online, got the email that clearly said "we look forward to seeing you" and someone would contact me. Got no contact assumed all was good, took the morning off work and went in- no booking. No apology, no "lets see if we can squeeze you in" just an attitude that it was my fault that I should have known someone would call and too bad no one called. And to think I was going to wander over to check out the new models at their dealership. Wont be back.
New staff seem nice,booking in for a service but its still fist cone first server whats the point? Also going cashless and still haveing a surcharge......
The worst Jeep service centre , highly untrained unprofessional all under one roof from office staff to their manager, special mention of their manager Lee who intervenes who is highly incapable to deal with any escalation and repeats like a broken record . They took over 3 months to fix my vehicle and were clueless off the issue for a month to begin with . Very good service for our Renault Megane & great customer service.
After picking up the car from the service they left the car dirty. You can see the dirty hands stained from the mechanic and even scratched the leather a little bit but noticeable. Overall not very happy with service.
