The worst Jeep service centre , highly untrained unprofessional all under one roof from office staff to their manager, special mention of their manager Lee who intervenes who is highly incapable to deal with any escalation and repeats like a broken record . They took over 3 months to fix my vehicle and were clueless off the issue for a month to begin with . After picking up the car from the service they left the car dirty. You can see the dirty hands stained from the mechanic and even scratched the leather a little bit but noticeable. Overall not very happy with service.

Asked about recall for fuel pump, was given very little information, just told no parts available, no expected lead times given, no concerns shown, no eye contact made, she just wanted me out of her face, probably last service for me here, 70k investment and your told this and treated like a problem customer. Regret the Jeep purchase, nothing but uncertainty.
