Useless.. cant even answer a phone
Purchased grand Jeep Cherokee from this dealership, naturally thought to have it serviced there No one answers the phone , I’ve spent hours trying to call , it’s everytime you call , eventually the receptionist will say the service manager will call back …… nope never happens . Car has been back 4 times for forward collision fault , lane departure doesn’t work,apparently new camera doesn’t work , software issues , new parts came in damaged etc etc.Jeep is without doubt the worst service experience I’ve dealt with, anything w... read more

Walked in to Jeep Macarther on Monday really keen to buy Jeep Wrangler and this white sales guy keeps cleaning and doing stuffs not even bothered to assist us. There was an elderly lady sitting in the office on her computer ignoring us while we were waiting to be assisted. Such pathetic customer service. We left to see a Wrangler elsewhere.
