Exceptional service from Leonie Hunter. Always happy to oblige. My major repair completed in record time weeks before it was possibly going to be. Being able to gave a loan car for $45 was amazing given my car could have taken 6 weeks to fix. Very pleased that was able to be fixed under warranty.
Take your car and you will get your first call an hour after dropping off, this one for some type of unrequired upsell I.e. microbial treatment of air-conditioning. Next call to advise of more upsells final straw for me was a call to replace a rear wiper that I had replaced a week prior and in perfect condition. Service was done to spec but beware the attempts to get more money out of you

I had an appointment with Honda Service to have an airbag replaced because my registration was refused by Service NSW due to the faulty airbag. My first appointment was a complete waste of my time. I drove around 30 minutes each way to Honda, only to be told when I arrived that the airbag hadn’t even arrived yet and would take another 3–4 days.
