From our very first phone call I knew I'd be booking in with Paul to do our new garage door. Not only were the prices fantastic, but his customer service is second to none. A new build can be quite stressful, with lining up trades etc, but Paul & his team were some of the best we have ever dealt with! Made the process a breeze. I would highly recommend & will be using them again, guaranteed.

Macarthur Garages are a great company and are quite affordable and competitive with their prices. The only problem that I experienced with Macarthur Garages and Paul was that it took 6 weeks to get a garage door ordered/delivered and installed and was lacking a little customer service, we were not informed of what was happening with our order and always had to call to get an answer, we kept getting told the supplier still hadn't made it because the colour wasn't a standard colour (Dover White). Exceptional business. From the first call with Paul, I knew I was speaking with someone who knew his industry. Paul and his staff were all polite, professional, and honest. The prices were very competitive, especially for the quality of service. Highly recommended, don't even bother with others.
