Liam is an exceptional exercise physiologist. He’s always punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout every session. What stands out most is how personal and tailored his approach is — he takes the time to really understand your goals and limitations, and makes you feel truly seen and valued. After a full knee reconstruction I chose MXP exercise physiologists based on their outstanding aray of equipment available for recovery and positive reviews. Liam produced a effective exercise program, was personal in his approach and with the assistance of Danny the other exercise physiologist, the two of them produced excellent results beyond expectations. I am close to normal again. It's also a friendly atmosphere starting with Molly the receptionist.Thankyou guys.
