Felicia was amazing! She showed me an apartment and was very professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She took her time showing me around, answered my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. She has a great personality and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
Do not live here. They ask you to give 5 stars directly after you sign your lease, which is why you see positive reviews. The online portal is dysfunctional - it took a really long time for the verification software to stop rejecting my legitimate documents. They won't accept documents through email - and have charged me $20 a month claiming I don't have renters insurance, though I've had insurance the entire time I've lived at MC. I have been living here for almost two years and I love the convenient location, you can be in SF in 20 minutes. The amenities are well maintained , the staff are friendly and responsive and the rates are reasonable.
This place is terribly designed and poorly managed! 1. Mandatory valet trash. Everyone's forced to pay for it, but they lock you into a strict 6 to 8 PM window with a list of rules. If you aren't home during that two-hour frame, it's totally useless. We’re literally paying out of pocket for an inconvenience. 2. The bath and shower water flow is a joke.
