Stayed here for 2 nights. Very disappointed. The first apartment we were given smelled of raw sewerage/blocked drains. The replacement apartment was very dated. One of the toilets wasn't working. The showers were dangerous to get in and out of with a high step into the tub with no safety rails. Would not recommend this accommodation. The only good thing about it was the location. Certainly will not be staying here again.

Stayed here over the weekend for a little city staycation, and it was exactly what I needed. The building has such a cool, old-world vibe from the outside, but inside the apartment was super modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious.

地點非常理想，就在皇后大街旁，樓下是蘋果旗艦店，woolworths超市就在隔壁樓下，生活機能超級方便，住宿本身也乾淨、寬敞且舒適，而且房內廚具烘衣機一應俱全，非常方便。 最大的雷區是假日與夜間沒有櫃檯服務 那天我們週末從黃金海岸回來，疲憊返回時卻發現房卡失效，由於櫃檯當時已經關閉，我們只得在寒冷中又餓又凍地在外等待好一段時間，最後才趁另一位房客離開時得以進入建築，但還是無法用電梯也無法進入房間，求助客服在電話上很久才接通。 這間住宿本身其實很有潛力，但缺乏完善的夜間支援與應變責任機制，房間廁所門壞掉，住了兩週還是沒有修，房間打掃雖說三天可以一次，但我們住了三週只排到兩次打掃，嚴重影響了我們的住宿體驗。 此住宿點還有一個非常特別的是它的歷史意義，它是二戰時麥克阿瑟的指揮中心，在八樓有它的博物館。

We stayed for two nights. The location was great and the accommodation itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by a major issue on the second evening. After a long day of sightseeing, we returned to find our key card no longer worked — we couldn’t access the car park or the building. The support person we reached out to for the car park was unhelpful and claimed they had nothing to do with the hotel. We eventually just had to pay to gain access. The best part abt this apt is the location and price. Given how old this place is.. its very hot property.. rooms are sold out. The water pressure in shower is good and warm. Now the bad things - place is old and dated. Walls are stained and so are the sofas. The pillow has a used smell and you know they only wash the pillow case and sheets. Furniture is from thrift store likely.. so its worn and old and mismatched . Pillow is very uncomfortable. Now the worst part of my stay is the noise pollution I get every morning at 8am... read more
