1. Check in Very friendly front desk staff to assist in the check in. We arrived 1 hour earlier and was able to check-in immediately 2. Room condition 1. dryer was no working as it was labelled as under maintenance. 2. dinning area standing lamp was not working 3. no shower gel and tissue paper was available in the apartment. 4. Quilt was without a cover. 5. some cushions on sofa has stains n look dirty. It was hard to go past the location and I love heritage buildings, however I was very disappointed overall. The room, 105, though large was very shabby and had problems. The air conditioner didn't work, the toilet ran. The bed was so bad it felt like it had been bought in the 80's and I even slept one night on the small 2 seater couch which were comfortable for sitting.
