Tristan, the service advisor, delivered 10 out of 10 customer service, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They provided an F 800 as a loaner and replaced my Navigator 6 under warranty. Rob, the sales manager, even offered me a chance to test drive some bikes, which was a nice touch.
