Last week, my wife test drove the iX1 at McArthur BMW. Jessica from the Sales department looked after my wife that day answered all our questions about the process, demonstrated all the features of the vehicle.
Had my BMW serviced here last week. A bottle of my cologne was stolen from my car during the service. I went back and asked for it, but no one confessed (obviously). I was then asked if I had a photo of where the bottle was located… why would I take a photo of a cologne bottle in a glove box? The guy also used the catchphrase: “I’ve been here 10 years and nothing has ever been stolen.” You can stop using that line now. Also, no compensation, no care, and no CCTV at a dealership???
My mum and I purchased a 2022 Cx-30 G20 Touring SP from this dealership today. Customer service was outstanding, especially from Crystal who guided us through the entire process over the past week. We couldn’t be any happier with how well we were treated by the staff. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and I’m looking forward to returning in the future when purchasing another vehicle.
We recently purchased a demo BMW X3 at McArthur, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Luke showed us the car and its options, followed by a thrilling test drive and a very good offer.
