I am very disappointed. Bought a Suzuki swift hybrid few days ago with finance. There were 2 scratches at the back side of the car, took the car next day. I was told that they will fit it. Called them multiple times but looks like no one cares. Everyone said the same thing, " will pass the message, someone will call you." Great experience with the team at MacArthur Automotive Direct. Negotiated a good price on a car over the phone and put down a deposit to hold it. Gary helped us on the day of the inspection and no pressure on time allowing us a good drive to test it out. Car was great but my son liked another one better so we did not proceed with the purchase.
