Owner / manager who ever he is, is extremely rude and arrogant. You come here for second hand parts and expect them to not be damaged to be able to replace your damaged parts but here at MacArthur Auto Parts they will get parts ready for you on the ground and scratch and damage them right in front of you then be rude about it and not offer to negotiate on price. Being in business myself this was an appalling experience and I’ll be letting others know. Not that the arrogant guy we dealt with will care anyways.
I went in Monday morning desperately needing parts for my car. Had been off the road all week. They definitely had the parts however they were still on a car. Instead of sending me away the boys went and grabbed everything I needed. Thank you for the calipers guys, sorry if we were loud in the waiting area 😅 Back on the road now 🙏🏻
