Absolutely refuse to entertain the idea of using this company for my lawn. They do not understand what no means. I have two no soliciting signs, one in my yard and one over my doorbell, yet they still come by and try to talk to me. The sign in the yard does no good as they decide to walk through my yard instead of the sidewalk on multiple occasions. friendly crew and can tackle the lawn quickly. Grass is still long for a biweekly cut. I was delayed service for a week because of an emergency on y’all’s end, and when you guys did come back, it was hardly cut. It was never overgrown until I handed the mowing service over to you guys.
UPDATE: The response provided by this business further proves my point. Please take your business elsewhere!! ORIGINAL: Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Take your business elsewhere! I am a new customer who was acquired from another lawn company. I received emails stating that the rate for my home's service was under review and that I would be "personally notified" of a finalized rate. Good service, friendly crew, and can tackle the lawn quickly. Grass is still a little long for a biweekly cut; but, maybe that’s just a personal preference.
