We’ve been residents here for a little over 4 years and once they changed the maintenance group, it’s been smooth sailing. Mayke is always attentive and in a great mood. Fixes everything as you would expect and if he can’t do it, he’ll find a solution for you.
Marco has exceptional customer service. Anytime he comes to my home he fixes that maintenance request appropriately and communicates with me effectively on the request. He is my preferred maintenance technician.
Parking is terrible you pay for parking and there is never any spots to park in! They put all reserved spots in front of the building making the others that also pay park three buildings over. Now they have designated spots for PARKM for our guests to pay for parking now and if we park in those spots we are paying even more or getting towed! Extra extra extra money!!!!! Melissa and Louis are so sweet. They’re the best. Any complaints Or concerns that I have the address ASAP. They even sat down with me and went over my Leasing agreement, I didn’t understand they went through the whole thing with me explained everything they always have smiles on their faces and willing to help. I love them so much they’re great people.
