We went there and checked out their sample apartments. The inside of the apartments are lovely however the buildings are squished together so closely there’s no room for parking and every service is à la cart, making your final price twice as much as your base price. Someone is making millions off of squishing people together.
I submitted a request for our guest bathroom toilet not flushing this morning and a couple of hours later Mayke from the maintenance department arrived and had it fixed in minutes. Thank you so Mayke for being so efficient and pleasant. The maintenance here are Excellent!
I’ve lived here for over a year and recently had a very disappointing experience with management. Over a month ago, I submitted a request to rent a garage across from my building. I was told I’d be notified when it became available. I followed up immediately when I saw the garage vacant — only to be told it had already been leased to someone else, without anyone ever contacting me.
