Extremely beautiful place but the people and AI system they use sucks! Paid $335 was approved and all of a sudden they said my ID was fraud after I asked many times to send me the plaid link. Luis Roman the agent stopped responding to my emails, you only get responses from AI and never hear from anyone, Jennifer the other leasing agent was a little rude and said there’s nothing they can do that the team said it was my ID and I asked her “So my Drivers License from the Florida DMV is fraud?!” She said yes that’s what they sai... read more
Rent at your own risk. We’ve lived at MacAlpine Place Apartments since October 2023. On June 28, 2025, we reported a rodent issue in our unit one of the loft-style apartments in Building 18. Despite repeated assurances from management that it would be addressed, including promises of exclusion work in the crawl space, the issue remains unresolved. I have been a resident for a little under two years and never missed a payment and tried to be a quiet decent resident. Apparently the shitting off alll residents for hours several days a week, leaving sever loud generators running and closing off dozens of parking spots leaving residents to become victims of a tow company, flooded walkways, dirty hallways which they don’t repaint they just throw a sign up and say don’t fall, isn’t as important as there focus on a shelf in my apartment. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you value amenities such as running water and working internet you may want to look elsewhere. Since October 25, 2024 our water was turned off for most of the day to make “repairs”. Also, they consider themselves a smart community so you are charged $75 per month for their internet provider which was so unreliable we had to end up paying for an extra internet provider so that my husband could work from home.
