I’ve rented from MacAllister’s several times and have been pleased with their service and equipment. I most recently rented a skid steer auger attachment, which worked perfectly for me. When I returned it, Andrew, who unloaded my trailer, did some minor damage to my trailer despite being very careful with his efforts. He immediately pointed it out to me even though I hadn’t noticed it and went and got his boss to come look at it. Great place to rent, they literally have everything! Ive rented from them myself and for work hundreds of times, and maybe two of those times gotten a sub par machine but even those machines was not terrible so I give them the best in there business recommendation!!

Macallister has always been fair with their equipment, fixing things that need fixed, not charging for down time, etc. they seem to be able to get to the job site quickly when or if there are issues and have a wide range of pieces for any job. Their prices are well within range to stay on budget. They are a great company to have right here in Columbus.

Delivered a telehandler soon as their door was opened. There is no parking on site. However, a truck stop (TA or Petro) is located about 5-8 miles from them. Delivery was quick.
