Prompt on service. Great communication and service.
The equipment we needed was available immediately and we left the store with it right away. We had some issues with the equipment that we reported when we returned it and the office worked with us to make it right. We'll definitely be back the next time we need a rental!
Several terrible experiences with this cat dealer/rental team. Tell you lies to make you happy with the hope you are in such a pickle you just make due with what equplipment they give you. Argue when you have a problem rather than help. The mechanics ive met are awesome. The sales/rental guys. Terrible. Caterpillar should be embarrassed by this location. So happy to be with a different contracting company that doesn't force me to rent from the Terrible Haute store anymore.
Very unhappy with these people, I would never rent from them again. I called to make reservations to rent a side-by-side the gentleman on the phone when he took my reservation told me it would be one price when I showed up. They told me that it was more I needed the equipment so I went ahead and took it, they also said that somebody would bring me out their equipment to put it on my trailer and would take pictures and explain things to me that did not happen.
