About this business
The first Macado’s restaurant was opened in 1978 by Richard Macher in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. It soon became popular for its eclectic ambiance of cartoon, antique, and local nostalgic decor, as well as its wide array of hearty yet modestly-priced sandwiches, subs, and entrees. This was a great place our food was so good
Love this place!! Food was really good, service was great and everything came in a timely manner.
Service was very slow and bathroom was disgusting and smelled like pee took over a hour to get drinks and refills
It's hit or miss. My food has always been good here, but service is lacking. Some of the employees need better customer service skills.
Great food but recently the service was not great. The lady up front was not at all friendly. You could tell she was mad over being understaffed ( she mentioned this to another customer) but worked as slow as possible, I'm assuming because she was mad. Please hire staff to prevent disgruntled employees. Thanks.
