I had a custom home built 5 years ago and the builder would only use Macadam (Vancouver office). It was the worst experience ever and this was my 8th house and 3rd new build. Rick Peterson was the account manager and lied about everything from pricing to construction standards to the competency of his workers. The tiling problems had to be redone 4 separate times at house closing and he still would not acknowledge that it was done incorrectly each time and still was not done correctly. They came out to assess and repair my shower floor. Within 48 hours of their repair, the grout was coming off, leaving it look horrible. I called repeatedly, and sent pictures, requesting they repair it. It’s months later now, and they still haven’t repaired it.

Macadam Flooring is great! Competitive pricing, good service and fast install/turnaround times. Used them quite a bit in my real estate business and will continue to do so. Scott Carden has been an excellent project manager on multiple project, would highly recommend!
