Applied for the VPP rebate, What a pain. For what should have been a straight forward process I don't think it could have been made more complicated. Why this is not able to be done by the installer is a mystery
A bit of a lengthy process but staff were there to help when needed
MAC Services processed my battery rebate in quite an efficient manner which enabled the payment of the rebate in the timeframes that Mac had advised at the beginning if the process. Well done.
