To get a VPP refund is like extracting teeth. One of their requests involve getting a model number pic which is only possible by partly dismantling my battery. I phoned Mac Trade and they said they know if the problem. A couple of months later - yes that slow, I'm told that my pic was not complying.

I had Mark and the team from hotwater.com.au install a Reclaim Energy heat pump hot water system. I am very happy with the results. Mark organised the purchase and install. From electrical and plumbing to the concrete pad. They were all very polite and professional the installation was an excellent experience for myself and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in heat pump hot water purchase and install. The folk were really helpful and responsive particularly since I had updated my powerwall from a 2 to a 3. They were also prompt in their replies to my emails.

MAC assessed my application for a VPP rebate. It took a while and I missed a document but the communication was clear. I provided the missing item overnight and early the next day the message arrived that my application had been approved. Very impressive.
