I couldn't be happier with the whole process of applying for the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) connection rebate. It was easy to do, just make sure you have all the relevant information for your connection and system and the application is easy.

Really not impressed. I called on behalf of my mum to book in air-conditioning under the government's scheme for pensioners. We had to re book another date/time and I was told someone would be in contact with dates to arrange this. This was in April. I then contacted you again a couple months later and was told it was my fault as I never called them back! I explained I was told they would be calling me back, still they argued.
