Mac Trade Services handling of Energy Queensland's ADRP VPP Pilot program was extremely dissatisfactory. Purposefully trying to get out of paying money that should have been possible to achieve. I expect at least the opportunity to have completed the program. Finding out that there was no chance is very disappointing and has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I look forward to a reasonable, fair and human response to this issue.
Mac Trade's handling of the ADRP VPP Pilot with Energy Queensland was poor and they made it near impossible to achieve what was offered. Their final closing email was poor and written in a very offensive manner. Pilot info was sent out on the 10th of FEB - 2 days before the final opportunity to take full advantage of the pilot. Not impressed at all. The Solar industry has a bad enough reputation as is; we don't need more cowboy companies operating in this space.
MAC managed and arranged our government rebate following the installation of our solar system. Aside from providing some basic system details, no further action was required on our part. They clearly outlined the expected timeline for government approval and processing, and their estimate proved to be accurate. From start to finish, the entire process was efficient, seamless, and was handled with a high level of professionalism. I would confidently recommend MAC to anyone considering solar.

Filling out the forms and the amount of detail required was a challenge. I had to call and email support many times and then wait for a response, which in fairness when it came they were very good
