My rep. In Lexington is doing us wrong had a jump box rebuild for $110 and he did not put the whole rebuild kit in it. I have it in text. It would not charge. He wouldn't even credit me my money back. I'm done with him. If I could give a zero stare I would. Got another guy that works with me that getting charge for stuff he did not buy he just ask how much it is and the next thing he knows he being charged for it.
They refuse to stand behind there tool boxs , call with issues and have to wait 3 business days for a call back , if they ever do call back . Once they have your money you can forget about any kind of service after the sale . If your thinking fo buying anything they have it's always cheaper in the Stanly line , but your best choice is always buy somewhere else, these people have no service or tech support
They suck,I live in southern New Jersey and I can't find a Mac dealer anymore
Local dealer won’t warranty tools, can’t even find the guy anyone. Sent 7 requests for a dealer over the state line to see if I could these tools fixed.. no response, no support, just leave you hanging after you drop 25k on the truck. Stay far away!
wow mac tools has gone down hill you better deal with snap on tools ,mac tools would not replace a defective hand held torch so i filed with the BBB and they helped me and mac replaced the torch so now i ordered another st230 they sent me cp20 red lithium battery for a Milwaukee tool that i don't have for 120.00 lol and the battery's sell for 40.00. now I tried calling mac customer service and i am on hold for over one hour, so i call mac tools on another phone and hit the option for government the phone was picked up in 10 ... read more
