I called to get my well line unfrozen. Its happened before, I know the signs, and I know how to fix it. Knowing how and being able are 2 different things, so I called and asked him to thaw my line. He was quick to respond, and offered immediate service which I thought was good (now I assume its because hes looking for work and no one wants him so hes just sitting and ready). Writing this on behalf of my mom. There was a problem with the toilet tank (on a new toilet) that wasn't working properly. Mark was the first plumber that we spoke with that didn't automatically lead with what it'll cost us, but rather listened to the problem and was able to provided a solution over the phone that we were able to try ourselves.
