I started off 2026 hunting for new motor for pontoon boat. I wanted to upgrade and had previously had Macs work on another boat,went in to talk to them about upgrading. They installed new Suzuki motor and did a Lot of upgrade on 1997 Lowe’s pontoon boat. Very pleased, then Memorial Day came, my deck boat we use for skiing, ended up with its 200 Suzuki under water. Was driving by and needed a screw tightened on my handlebars and I took a chance and stopped. Falcon, a mechanic, maybe the mechanic, he tightened the screw for.me.and we got to talking about what they do and when I need some.marine work done on my boat I'll definitely be bringing it there. Nicer people.you wont.find anywhere. Thank you all for your help!
Mac’s Marine truly set the bar higher for what good customer service means to me. I was burned by my previous mechanic, spending over $1,000, and getting told it might be one problem and then another. Mac’s Marine took my boat in and diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner, with great communication!
