I called to have my roof checked as it was 20 years old and I suspected it was at or near the end of it's time. Luis returned my call right away and came by to check my roof. As I suspected, the roof needed replacing. Luis was very professional and thorough in explaining how the process would go and what to expect. I highly recommend Mac Roofing, I called Luis yesterday when I found water leaking through the drywall in our dining room. Luis was prompt and returned my call, he told me that he’d be here shortly and was at my home within the hour. He did a thorough investigation inside my attic and found where the roof was leaking from, he got on the roof found out why it was leaking and since he didn’t have my color of shingle with him, he put metal flashing up under the shingles to prevent it from continuing to leak. Great attention to detail and making sure to make any necessary repairs to underlayment before laying down the new roof. The work once started was done without delay - a focus on completing the job and doing it well. Excellent job.
My husband and I highly recommend Mac Roofing. Luis is very knowledgeable, professional and has amazing attention to detail. Our new roof looks fantastic, and was done quickly and for a reasonable price. Clean up was thorough as well. We would not use anyone else for a roofing job!
