I rent in Hyde Park and the unit itself is lovely but the new property management is being handled by AI and it is absolutely terrible. I have come home to people in my apartment using my kitchen to install insulation in the buildings attic space without notifying me. New AI assistant, Riley/EliseAI, makes it almost impossible to get in touch with management. I've seen a bunch of people complain about it in the local group chat. Note about the owner's response: The resident app is for maintenance requests. There is no option for administrative requests.
