While the physiotherapist (Peter) was great, my overall experience at this practice was ruined by the front desk staff. Both ladies were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for an itemized statement for my son’s visit, they made it a hassle, acting like it was a huge inconvenience, like I would ask about some donation and not for an simple itemized statement. Matt Gordon is the BEST physical therapist. He has done wonders for my frozen shoulders. I would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone needing physical therapy.
MAC PT is fantastic. My kids saw Dr. Pete for years for baseball related issues and now I've been working with him for over a month. He's extremely knowledgeable and the environment of the place is incredibly friendly and relaxing. I can't recommend MAC PT enough.
