We waited in line at Westy Fest for roughly half an hour, anticipating a warm bowl of Macaroni and Cheese to comfort us in the cold. What we got was a cold abomination of watered down disappointment. The noodles were unseasoned, any cheese sauce that may have been in the noodles sat sadly at the bottom while the shredded cheese stubbornly kept it's shape and temp despite our efforts to will the noodles to a temp that would melt it. Very disappointing. I saw on a picture menu that they had a vegan option but didn't see it on their menu in person so I asked for clarification. The cashier mentioned that the Chile option was vegan. We waited for 15 minutes and upon picking up, I asked which was vegan and they said neither and they don't have vegan options. It was a waste of time and money but they at least refunded the entire order. That said, the Mac and cheese that the other two in our group had were underwhelming. I wouldn't bother ordering from here.
