Document your issues very well! Sad that you have to keep everything in writing with date stamps as they say one thing in person and then claim you didn't. Don't trust their staff, as they will patch larger issues to get them through the warranty periods, lie about causes of issues and downplay your concerns. Take pictures, write emails and file your emails. Be ready to either pay yourself or take them to court. Never verbal and always get a second opinion on their proposed "repairs" as they will probably be more like patche... read more
