Mac Medical has been GREAT for our family. We've bought wheelchairs, a power scooter, walkers, shoes and other useful items. Jessie is really awesome! She is very knowledgeable about all the products we've bought, and makes sure to cover all the instructions and safety tips for new equipment. We highly recommend Mac Medical!!!
Today, March 31, 2015 at around 1:30 in the afternoon, I was hobbling past Macs Medical Shop with my new cane. I had no idea how to use the thing properly, just using trial and error, mostly error. A nice young woman came out of the shop, flagged me down, adjusted the height of my cane, and gave me a quick tutorial on its proper usage. She had nothing to gain from this act of kindness, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. I would urge anyone to shop here first, as their employees have both knowledge and compassion.
