I’ve used MAC Mechanics for several years now & had three visits - each of the service techs (Dane, Jackson, Shane) were timely, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they did. The office scheduler (Chrystal) is extremely helpful and very personable & we were very pleased with the services we received. Highly recommend this company!!!
Mac Mechanical replaced our entire HVAC system nearly 3 years ago, including ductwork. I’ve had 2 different technicians from other companies tell me that we shouldn’t have a 5-ton system on a 2200 sq ft house (too large, so it cools too fast, won’t properly remove humidity, will result in mold). I don’t know much about HVAC, which is why I hired a company to do it. You just have to trust them, and I don’t think they deserve that trust now.
Professional, pleasant and left the work area clean. I also appreciate the fact that every time I need them they respond so quickly.
