I just wanted to share my experience at MacLang In Sundridge! with the manager and owners Plaza Auto Group… I RECCOMEND GOING ELSEWHERE! Currently dealing with Stellantis and FCA to remedy an improperly installed towing package. Manager was insulting and disrespectful I miss the old Mac Lang!!! Since the new owners took over they have absolutely no respect for their paying customers. Will add more as I work with stellantis to solve this problem.
Called to get an information on a vehicle they had for sale. The sales lady was beyond rude and so short, not offering anything else. I’ve been looking for a car for two weeks and this the worst dealership by far. That’s been the absolute rudest if they do this before purchasing a vehicle, imagine trying to get anything serviced there. Beware stay away.
Scott johnson the service manager does not know what customer service is or how to honour a warranty, I would recommend going to another dealership.
Despite some transitional hurdles in change of ownership, the service advisor (Phil McGrath) kept things moving forward on the work needed on my truck. He is a professional and courteous advisor, available to answer questions throughout the transaction. A very affordable rental was provided to keep me moving while the work was done. I'm a happy return customer willing to make the 60km trip from North Bay (even though there is a Ram dealer locally ;) for the care and services provided at Mac Lang. Thanks Phil!
