The salesperson was a very professional person . At one point he said he would be back in a few minutes . When he returned another man was with him , the sales manager . He was very confrontational and rude . Very disrespectful . I will never go back !!
DO NOT BUY ANY DODGE PRODUCT WITH ETORQUE!!! Find a different brand altogether and a different dealership to boot, they do not stand behind their product at all. Booked an appointment for service. When I arrived they were on time. I don’t think I waited 1 minute for them to take my vehicle in. The service team answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. Snooped around the lot while I waited, the sales team even came and had a chat with me. Very friendly team and they know their stuff! I can’t say enough about orillia dodge! I also loved seeing that they always have a charity drive of some sort going on to support the locals in need.
