Driving down highway 15 i witnessed a black dually pickup truck with a Macland company logo on the back window, get into an altercation with some motorcycles on the road. The driver then proceeded to attempt to pit maneuver them into the center ditch and cut them off. Then tried to chase them down while they were attempting to get away from him. Our builder used Mac Land Works for our new build in 2021. We decided to also have them do the back yard and side of the house as well. The lot wasn’t back filled properly and they had to come back multiple times to fix something that wasn’t their mistake. The work that Mac did was great and they honoured any issues. Cheryl has been my point of contact and has been extremely patient and understanding with all of the issues as well as resolving them. Thank you Cheryl!

Terrible customer service, easily the worst I’ve ever dealt with in Edmonton. Was told our trees would be replaced after contacting them to let them know that they had died as the species planted on a berm was not fit for that location. That was back in 2022. I have contacted Cheryl easily over 50 times regarding this issue and at this point they are just straight up ignoring me. I have asked to speak to someone else and apparently Cheryl is the only one who speaks to customers. She rarely responds to email, and has no infor... read more

Have called three times to discuss our failed final grade. No reply and past 60 days since there quality work failed inspection by the City of Edmonton. Would not recommend.
