Sent an email one evening with my serial number and their customer service got back to me the very next morning with the information I needed including a manual for my specific machine. They are a pricier chipper shredder on the market but the one I have is going on 20 years old but still runs extremely well. Just needed a new knife for it ($70) because a piece of metal got in and absolutely wrecked the other knife. My fault. But they have been great to work with.

I needed a new chipper/shredder. After researching and seeing that MacKissic was family owned with products made in the U.S.A. I contacted them in early December. Stephen told me that the model I wanted was out of stock but would be made and shipped around December 19th. Based on that information I placed an order on December 2nd. December 19th came and went. Horrible to do business with. Uncommunicative, unhelpful on an order that was weeks late. It didn't really seem like they cared one way or another if they got your business. Apparently, when I reached out to them weeks after the product was due to be shipped, the entire company was at an exhibition and they would get back to me when they got back to me. I can't even imagine treating my customers with that kind of indifference if I were weeks late. I guess this is how the kiddos run business these days.

needed higher quality wood chipper and shredder for my acres of trees. big box store brands weren't enough to handle the volume I needed. I ran into this company on my searching. top notch. folks there are very helpful and responsive. I dealt with Jennifer and Steve, and both were a great help through the order and my questions. also super professional. machine came in perfect shape. I would like to see complete picture array- Front, Back, Both Sides, Top view. Bottom if Possible. 4.
