Needed a cleaning because my mother kept getting sick with lung related issues. I suspected it was due to the vents. Hired Mac for a sanitation of the whole system. Months later, my mother has yet to have another lung issue. So I am very pleased with that. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to a lack of pictures to verify everything was cleaned.
