Graeme was fantastic with my 8-year-old during his hearing assessment. My child has a lot of anxiety around his ears and usually won’t allow any instruments near them, but Graeme was incredibly patient, gentle and encouraging throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to build trust and made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which made all the difference. We’re so grateful for his kindness, professionalism and wonderful approach with children.
