My suv has a recall, so i went to the collision center. They took pictures and was told i was going to get call from the manager to let me know the next step. I was also told that there would be a delay with recall. The manager didn't call me. So i called just to see if the manager got my info. Well the manager was rude and with an attitude. She told me that i would receive a call from them when my suv was next, and just hung up on me. Very un professional.
After a car accident the day before my birthday, I took my car to get fixed at ford collision and Robert Barrera provided an amazing experience! He was so kind and did his best to have my car done as quickly as possible while doing the best work possible. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job

They helped greatly on my repair. Another vehicle damaged mine, and they assisted me with the procees for the repair. Will recommend them highly to my family and friends. I am very satisfied with the work of the repair. 👍
