I had a great experience at this collision center thanks to Carlos Bravo. He was always willing to help, kept a great attitude, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The work on my vehicle was excellent, and I really appreciate his positive energy and professionalism. Highly recommend!
My suv has a recall, so i went to the collision center. They took pictures and was told i was going to get call from the manager to let me know the next step. I was also told that there would be a delay with recall. The manager didn't call me. So i called just to see if the manager got my info. Well the manager was rude and with an attitude. She told me that i would receive a call from them when my suv was next, and just hung up on me. Very un professional.
After a car accident the day before my birthday, I took my car to get fixed at ford collision and Robert Barrera provided an amazing experience! He was so kind and did his best to have my car done as quickly as possible while doing the best work possible. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job
