I had an appointment at 3:30 for an alignment that I made that morning over the phone. When I get there the guy tells he has to see if they can do it, despite the fact that I have an appointment. Then I am told they can have it done by 6 pm. Absolutely ridiculous that it would take that long when I have an appointment, but I wait. My car gets pulled up at 6:15 and I am the last person in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I have bought 2 cars here the in the last few years, they have great service and everyone is very nice. I had no problems and felt comfortable and attended to in the sales process. I was offered water and snacks, I did not have to wait long for things to get approved and did not feel pressured to buy anything. I will continue to buy vehicles and use their services for years to come
