Friendly. Helpful staff
I made an appointment for oil change at 9.30, they told me 1 and a half hours and made me wait 4 and a half hours. and they charged me $211 for oil change. toyota mccall charges $177 for 3 oil changes. this place is a complete disgrace, no respect for customers, and very expensive, I definitely do not recommend going here. it was embarrassing. this is the first time I have seen such nonsense and amateurism. disgrace!!!
Poor service. I expected more from Mack Haik ... this experience was very used car lot.
