Ronny Ghiselli was kind of enough to come in early when he wasn't scheduled too. He was very helpful on showing me the Focus ST and during the test drive. He was very patient and had a few stories to tell during the test drive. When it came to the pricing, there was some confusion on what your webpage ad showed and what I was being quoted. Ronny made sure to get to my price I was expecting as close as possible. I will definitely send my friends and family to Ronny when they are in the car buying mood.

They don't even deserve one star, but the site makes you rate at least one. If you're looking for an honest dealership - DO NOT go to Mac Haik!! We were buying a car for our son, and once he test drove it and fell in love with it, they raised our agreed upon price, which was the Internet advertised price, $1000 and the spray in bed liner that was originally included was no longer included. I see a lot of people buy new cars from Mc Haik. I live far away from Mc haik and see some cars from Mc Haik in Cypress. Why? Because they are a good dealer. Edwin helped me buy a car. He is honest. Thank you.

Worst dealer ever!! After trying to purchase a truck, they told me the banks were closed & couldn't do it that night! Then we were suppose to get a respond the next day & didn't get a call back until 2 days later. After not wanting to negotiate on anything, we decided that the truck was ok price. After doing the paperwork & being called grumpy & asking if I was in a better mood by the finance man, he kept insulting the whole time! WOW, WORST DEALER EVER!!!!!!!! Was there for 10 mins and was about to take a mustang for a test drive and asked the salesman if he could get me a estimate for the trade in value of my car while i try the new car. He turned around and said "No, theres a process here. Dont waste my time". I was shocked that he would talk to me like that but my dad calmed me down and we thought things would get better. I went here cause I saw something I liked online. When I showed up the salesman (who said he would be available) was "somewhere else" When his boss asked one of his co-workers where he was the guy started cracking jokes and acting silly. Finally the guy shows up and I knew I was in for a treat. He showed me the car and then the real fun began. Bad Service Dept Said my brakes were at 2MM. Quoted a 4 wheel brake job with rotors and drums. Took it elsewheres and come to find out, I had 6MM on my brakes and only the rotors needed to be turned and cost me $150.00 instead of the $850.00 I was quoted!!!!
