The worst buying experience I have ever had! Sold me a car with a lien on it, I did not get my license plates and title until 8 months later. I had to file a claim with the TX DMV, who according to the DMV investigator has found multiple violations committed by Mac Haik Ford when they sold me this car without a title in hand. I will be posting the results of this TX DMV investigation online to warn other potential car buyers not to make the same mistake as I did by buying a car from Mac Haik Ford of Houston.
I am very disturbed about the service I received on my free oil change after purchasing a used 2016 F-150 from Mac Haik Ford. I noticed an oil spot in my driveway so when I checked the oil filter was just snug I was able to turn it a full turn tighter by hand. I brought it in a month ago but I have only driven 190 miles. I did not know that I was supposed to go behind the Quick Lane mechanics to check their work and make sure everything‘s tight and no leaks. Very unhappy the LaBouff’s
on 8/13/2020 my car was towed to the Ford dealership by a tow driver John who stated he would only tow the vehicle to this particular dealership ( my son wrecked his car due to moving out of the way of a speeding vehicle. approx 45 min later my husband and I arrived and determined the car would be repaired elsewhere, we asked Robert Rodriguez what would we need to pay to have it moved from this dealership he stated $225.00 when the tow driver of our choice arrived on 8/14 before noon he had to pay $585.38 to release the v... read more
