Fairly easy to get to right off the interstate. Staff is courteous, professional, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Pete Leal in service worked with me weeks in advance & got everything squared away for my infotainment device replacement. I came first thing in the morning expecting to stay for a pretty good chunk of the day, but in a couple of hours they were done! I'm very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t like being in there so long lol but Drew was wonderful and very detailed with explaining all my options. So nice and made sure I understood everything thoroughly! Mr. Joe the finance manager was also such a great help and made sure to go over everything before I signed. I appreciated all their help today!
READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO PLACES!!! lesson learned for me. Most professionally dishonest place I have ever taken a vehicle to. Had a similar experience to almost all of the negative reviews. I took it in because my car wouldn’t start without needing jumped off. All of the parts stores in the surrounding area said I had to get my battery replaced at the dealership because of some reset procedure (doesn’t need one). My experience with the service department in Temple, TX, specifically dealing with service advisor Pete and service director Phil, was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased my truck from the Georgetown dealership, where I was clearly told that any cooling system issues would be covered under the pre-owned warranty.
