Alberto was the best! He stayed on top of the difficult warranty company and kept us up to date every step of the way.
What an overall bad experience. I bought a used Tahoe here and every single step of the process has been longer, more convoluted, and painful than necessary. Details: I had a monthly payment that I know I can't go over. a maximum. They started off with a price hundreds of dollars over the maximum I shared. Paperwork involved hours of just waiting in the lobby wondering if anyone was actually doing anything. Syed was upfront, honest and super helpful! He truly went above and beyond to work with us! He gave us a close estimate of the payments and he hit it on the low end! AJ in finance was friendly and not pushy about add on warranty and benefits. We got what we needed and it was accepted. Enjoyed our visit there! My kids enjoyed the ice cream and I enjoyed the coffee! Not your typical coffee machine either, you had specialty options galore! I love my first TAHOE! I give them a 100 out of 100!
