If a negative rating was possible they'd totally qualify. My condo association unfortunately contracted with them for our washers/dryers. We're constantly having to request service on the same machines for the same problem which they fail to fix. If you're with a condo assoc., apt complex, etc. and are looking for a company to handle common laundry services...do yourself and your tenants a favor...find another vendor.

Totally inept customer service staff. My apartment had two washers broken, and I called every week for 5 WEEKS and put in service requests. No one ever showed up, and whenever I called back they berated me for not waiting long enough for the techs to show up. It wasn't until I had my apartment management call and threaten to cancel service with them altogether that someone finally showed up. Take your business elsewhere - Mac-Gray is a freaking waste of air.
