Alpha has the best culture and atmosphere for fitness in town. I was a part of the community for many years, and still get my lifts in when I go back to Pitt. All ages and fitness levels accepted & always without judgement. Johnyee is so welcoming and motivating - you won’t regret being a member at Alpha.

Alpha has been my gym for the last 4 years. I love the availability of the equipment, gym culture and sheer knowledge on training and meeting specific goals. I’m far more educated on my body type and which exercises target my problem areas. The people, the equipment, the culture- it’s all so good! Lucky to have this gym in our area.

The best gym in town. 24/7, Always clean, cooler with drinks for purchase, lots of space, multiple squat racks, 2 racks of dumbbells, kettle bells....the list goes on. They offer day passes, if you watch their social media pages they will also sometimes run free day passes on RANDOM Fridays. The owner, Johnyee is top notch, very responsive and also offers 1:1 training as well. Definitely check em out, you will not regret it!! Best lift in town!! 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️

Was my home gym for 6 years. Absolutely love the atmosphere here and how welcoming all of the staff and trainers are. No matter what trainer you go with you will always see results and even if you don't choose to do personal training and just want to work out on your own, there will always be someone in there to make friends with. Equipment is always kept in pristine condition and gym is ALWAYS clean. Will forever be my favorite gym to go to!!!!!
