As a trucker I usually workout at planet fitness cause they’re everywhere I typically go. BUT I used to be a powerlifter and am used to the gyms that are more geared towards that. This gym is amazing, ended up going 2 days and the day passes are under priced if you ask me. I love Alpha Fitness, it’s definitely for serious lifters and also for anyone else who just wants to get healthy. Alpha has the best culture and atmosphere for fitness in town. I was a part of the community for many years, and still get my lifts in when I go back to Pitt. All ages and fitness levels accepted & always without judgement. Johnyee is so welcoming and motivating - you won’t regret being a member at Alpha.

Alpha has been my gym for the last 4 years. I love the availability of the equipment, gym culture and sheer knowledge on training and meeting specific goals. I’m far more educated on my body type and which exercises target my problem areas. The people, the equipment, the culture- it’s all so good! Lucky to have this gym in our area.

The best gym in town. 24/7, Always clean, cooler with drinks for purchase, lots of space, multiple squat racks, 2 racks of dumbbells, kettle bells....the list goes on. They offer day passes, if you watch their social media pages they will also sometimes run free day passes on RANDOM Fridays. The owner, Johnyee is top notch, very responsive and also offers 1:1 training as well. Definitely check em out, you will not regret it!! Best lift in town!! 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️
