I had a veey bad experience today at this practice. I was waiting for 3 hours to get my vaccine done. When I knocked the door of nurse, she replied I need to wait. I asked her, how long I need to wait for, she said after 3 more patients. Then I waited for another half an hour then I went to reception and show I am not Happy about their service. We've been with Mac Fields Medical Practice for over 10 years now. We absolutely love our family doctors but the receptionists they hire they need lessons and training on customer care. They're so unprofessional. First point of contact is the front desk (reception) if they don't know how to speak to patients in a professional manner then why would anyone want to come and see a doctor there 🤦♀️ the one star is because of of poor customer service
Horrible staff at the reception! Does not belong to customer service industry! I never thought that I have to write negative reviews about a business, but one of the customer service lady is so rude & arrogant that I had to share this. This lady is single handedly taking this business down despite having amazing & experienced doctors, nurses & other staff members in this service. Honestly only book here if you are ready to spend an indefinite amount of time waiting for your appointment. I'm not sure why they even have a booking system because you're basically guaranteed to be seen 1-2 hours after your original appointment time.
★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely appalling experience – unprofessional and borderline deceptive I had a very disappointing and frustrating visit to this medical practice. I booked my appointment for weekend, and nowhere during the booking process did they mention that there would be an out-of-pocket fee of $70 for seeing a doctor on the weekend – even if you have a valid Medicare card.
