The most unprofessional medical practice I've ever been too, they stack there appointments in top of each other so your waiting ages after your set appointment, the reception lady's are up tight and extremely rude. And everytime I call the medical practice never answers !!
We are arriving before our appointment time but some other 2 people came in they don't have an appointment face to face & they booked for next day but still the receptionist (old Aussie lady ) lat them see the doctor before us ,very much favoritism they not really treat everyone same ..She is bit Rude & not polite person she talk to them very happy & kind with us different,after they finish she booked for them next day but someone come she said day after plz do something management
Reception staff are very unprofessional. If you call they will just hang up and not answer.
Very bad service. I booked for telehealth using hotdoc apps and had confirmation email from them. Whole day i did not get any phone call from them.
Our family has had the best experience at this wonderful family practice. Reception Staff and the Nurse are all very friendly and smiling though they are working under immense pressure most of the times. The pathologist is a lovely gentleman and is very professional and courteous. We usually see Dr. Sultana. She is very dedicated and shows empathy and compassion towards everyone.
