Today I visited Macfield Medical Centre for an appointment with Dr T Hossain. At reception I was told I must pay the full fee in cash first and then claim the money back from my insurance if I don’t have Medicare. This was very surprising and frustrating. Very poor coordination with patients! Just to receive my wife’s blood report we had to wait for more than 2 hours! (Blood sample was given day ago) I really wonder why GP’s in this hospital take so long. If you have any other commitments for the rest of your day then this clinic isn’t the right place….
Dr Sultana, what an arrogant woman!! I did a teleheath with her not long ago, she is so rude, no patience at all..
1 star for all those receptionist and 5 stars for Dr. T Hossain. The whole receptionists need to be re-trained the customer service seriously. [ I can train them free]. Otherwise this business will go down 👎 for them. They are reluctant to answer the calls specially on friday's between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm, never pick up the phone. Also a little smile doesn't cost them money. Owners need to address this issue with the receptionists except Karen. She is wonderful.
The reception staff are absolutely appalling. They lack basic customer service skills. I’ve been trying to call the center all day and it keeps reverting to the answering machine message. What kind of way is this up run a business? I know Dr Hossain from his days at minto medical center and he is a wonderful doctor but the staff he hires are terrible
