Very very rude staff, poor customer service and lack of professionalism. This centre is still surviving because of their bulk billing and one of the senior doctor's self reputation. Had booked through HotDoc and when went to the centre the doctor were on holidays and saying there was no appointment. The receptionist lady even didn't want to talk to solve the problem. Ended up going another centre. So if you want to see a good doctor with reasonable waiting stay away from this centre.
Such a bad experience all the time I call this medical center No one answer phone at all.
Absolute joke this Medical Centre, I booked for a Telehealth call, no contact from anyone, now 6,35pm, the place is absolute jokw
The most unprofessional medical practice I've ever been too, they stack there appointments in top of each other so your waiting ages after your set appointment, the reception lady's are up tight and extremely rude. And everytime I call the medical practice never answers !!
