Love this credit union!! Customer service is top notch and they have excellent lending products. Every time I come into the branch I’m greeted by friendly people. Switched from FNBA and I’m glad I did.
I’ve been a member at Mac Credit Union for a while now but now considering closing my accounts with them. I came to deposit a check and a brown lady with glasses said “I assume you don’t always have checks with this amount” and was being very disrespectful towards me just because I’m young. They said they’d put the check on hold because they think it’s fraud or something. Exceptional customer service, and such a personable personality makes it so easy to want to do business with this credit union.
