Beware, they seem like really great folks but when a mistake is made... I will share more in the future but for right now I'll just leave it at, I had to pay for my tool twice. Lots more to the story, so stay tuned if you care.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience in ordering parts. Part was paid for when I ordered it. I was un able to pick it up right away. When I went in to get it they told me they had a restocking fee, and I would have to buy the part agin. But the price of the part has now doubled. Original part price was $4.85. Restocked part price $8.00. I run a small tree service and like to support other local small businesses. Service was excellent. Jenni in the store was exceptionally communicative and responsive, going well out of her way to help me. Christopher who delivered our equipment was very professional and timely, being eager to assist in anyway needed. I operate a large commercial property that relies on UTV plows to manage snow. We had a catastrophic failure of one of our plows this past Monday and scrambled to try to get a new plow ahead of the incoming storm this weekend.
