DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY if you have something that needs repair! My 93 yr old grandfather dropped off a chainsaw for repair. It WORKED GREAT, but was leaking a LITTLE bit of gas. We thought the gas line was cracked and needed replaced. Mac Equipment took apart the chainsaw, left it in pieces thrown in the case, and then called us to pick it up and said it wasn't WORTH repairing. We had paid $100 for diagnosis. I delivered equipment to their Longmont, CO location for unloading. During the unloading process, their staff used a forklift and chains and damaged my trailer floor. I reported the damage immediately and was told it would be repaired, which turned out to be untrue. Since then, they have completely stopped answering phone calls. I left multiple voicemails for John and received no response. No responsibility was taken, and the customer service was extremely poor. I purchased a Honda generator today and was so impressed with Jenni’s knowledge and great customer service. Brian delivered it to my home the same day and gave me a tutorial. He was thorough and patient and very kind. This is a great business and I’m delighted to have their help in my efforts to maintain my generator. Highly recommend!!
