I needed service on my generator as we've had a good deal of power issues. Cameron came out, on time, very pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the issues, and implemented my repair! Thanks Cameron I'm on board for a new service plan!
Beware, they seem like really great folks but when a mistake is made... I will share more in the future but for right now I'll just leave it at, I had to pay for my tool twice. Lots more to the story, so stay tuned if you care.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience in ordering parts. Part was paid for when I ordered it. I was un able to pick it up right away. When I went in to get it they told me they had a restocking fee, and I would have to buy the part agin. But the price of the part has now doubled. Original part price was $4.85. Restocked part price $8.00. I run a small tree service and like to support other local small businesses.
